Travel fees are based on distance from Vero Beach. Every notarization also includes a per-stamp fee, in line with Florida's statutory notary fee limits.

Premium Add-Ons

An additional $25–$50 applies for "emergency" requests (under 2 hours notice), hospital or nursing home visits (which take longer), or appointments after 8:00 PM.

Travel beyond 60 miles is available and priced based on urgency, distance, and the number of stamps needed — text us for a quote.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment details are provided at the time of booking. Fees are confirmed before your appointment so there are no surprises.
